Prone Paddling for Women

Let's begin-on the water
Hi, I’m Anna Honeychurch,
I’m the creator of Honey on Water, a prone paddling space designed to support midlife women in reconnecting with their bodies, breath, and natural rhythm.
With a background in music, movement, and creative facilitation, I’ve spent over two decades guiding both children and adults in finding confidence through expression, play, and embodied presence. I run music workshops, lead group sessions, and create safe, nurturing spaces where women feel seen, supported, and strong.
Paddling became a deeply personal practice for me—a way to move through water and through life with more clarity, strength, and self-trust. It’s taught me about boundaries, resilience, and the beauty of stillness. Honey on Water was born from that journey.
Now, I share my stories from the water-moments of stillnes, strength, and surrender that have shaped my journey. Through writing, I explore what it means to come home to yourself in midlife: one breath, one ripple, one reflection at a time. Honey on Water is where my personal experieces meet the flow of nature-offering a place to pause, connect, and begin again.
Curious about trying a paddling session or learning more?
Stepping gently into peace.
Stay close to the water. Join me for stories from the lake, soulful reflections, and gentle reminders to return to yourself.
