Let's begin - on the water.
I’m the creator of Honey on Water, a space dedicated to midlife women’s wellness through prone paddling for women. My goal is to help women over 40 reconnect with their bodies, breath, and natural rhythm through nature-based wellness retreats.
With a background in music, movement, and creative facilitation, I’ve spent over two decades guiding both children and adults in finding confidence through expression, play, and embodied presence. I run music workshops, lead group sessions, and create safe, nurturing spaces where women feel seen, supported, and strong – especially those navigating menopause wellness support.
Paddling became a deeply personal practice for me - a way to move through water and through life with more clarity, strength, and self-trust. It’s taught me about boundaries, resilience, and the beauty of stillness. Honey on Water was born from that journey, blending mindfulness coaching and water-based movement to help women reconnect with their bodies and the natural world.
Now, I share my stories from the water – moments of stillness, strength, and surrender that have shaped my journey. Through writing and wellness retreats in Lennox Head, I explore what it means to come home to yourself in midlife: one breath, one ripple, one reflection at a time. Honey on Water is where my personal experiences meet the flow of nature – offering a place to pause, connect, and begin again.
Stepping gently into peace.
Stay close to the water. Join me for stories from the lake, soulful reflections, and gentle reminders to return to yourself.
I'd love to hear from you.
